Delete your TrackJam account
This page is for TrackJam, published by Onlinemaat (on Google Play as Redline Studios).
Fastest: in the app
- Open TrackJam and go to the Me tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Send us an email from any address and tell us your artist name and whether you signed in with Apple or Google. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your account, artist name, profile photo and sign-in link.
- Your songs, covers, recordings, prompts, titles, comments, chat messages, likes, votes, follows and friends.
- Your credits, tokens, levels and cosmetics. Unused credits cannot be refunded.
What we keep, and for how long
- Server backups roll over after 14 days, so deleted data disappears from them within two weeks.
- Purchase records are kept for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it.
- If your account was banned or reported, we may keep the report and the decision for up to 12 months to prevent abuse.
Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel your plan in your App Store or Google Play account first.
